SNACS Preschool is a partner non-profit entity serving young children and their families from birth through kindergarten and before and after school. Seeking Qualified Program Coordinator, Digital Marketing and Communications
Position: Program Coordinator, Digital Marketing and Communications
Start date: Open until filled
Salary: Dependent on education and experience in digital marketing for schools, branding, sales, customer experience, social media, videography, photography, blog, web design, Google Ads and analytics, SEO optimization, CRM databases
Education Requirements: Minimum Associate’s degree, Bachelor’s preferred, in digital marketing, communications, branding, sales, social media, videography, web design, or related field.
Experience: Must be a creative, self-starter, excited about the SNACS brand with the knowledge to increase sales (enrollment) and the customer experience and engagement through digital marketing, social media, and web design using a blend of digital photography, graphic arts, mixed media, and videography. Must be able to write active copy to advance the brand. Other activities include ongoing communication with prospective families, enrollment marketing, event planning, and outreach initiatives.
Additional Requirements: Lead students in social media and digital marketing activities, including social media posts, school newscasts, podcasts, and newspapers.
Seeking Early Childhood Educators (Teachers serving students in Preschool through 2nd Grade)

Position: Early Childhood Education Assistants

Education Requirements: An associate’s degree in ECE or a related field is preferred. A minimum high school diploma and early childhood education courses with a minimum of 30 hours of training per year (ongoing) are also required. Tuition support is available for candidates enrolled in an ECE program.

The counselor will implement a comprehensive guidance and counseling program by creating programs and activities to support the State of Nevada’s School Counseling Program. The program, comprehensive in scope, preventative in design, and developmental, focuses on what all students K-8 should know, understand, and be able to do in three domains: academic, career, and personal/social. The focus is on the academic success of all students, not just those who are motivated, supported, and ready to learn. School counseling programs help all students succeed in school and become contributing members of our society. The counselor performs counseling activities, which include helping all students develop specific skills, establishing the school counseling program, working with the community, and networking with all professionals at the school and within the counseling community.
Helps all students develop skills in the areas of academic-personal-social growth, educational planning, and career and vocational development; establishes the school counseling program based upon the American School Counseling Association (ACSA) model and develops activities and resources to implement and evaluate the program; works with the community to assist students and families in need of services outside the school’s resources, and networks with all professionals at school and within the counseling community to monitor and assess needs of students at the site. Counselors support all stakeholders to help all students become career and college-ready.
Assist students with developing skills that support academic achievement and lifelong learning; assist students with investigating career opportunities; assist students with gaining skills that maximize their personal and social development; maintain confidentiality, facilitate and /or take part in conferences with teachers, students, and parents; consults with and serves as a resource for the community; maintains student records and uses Infinite Campus (IC) appropriately, takes part in ongoing professional development, complies with school and district policies and state and federal laws; attends training and ongoing professional development, takes part in the school improvement process and supports staff progress towards educational goals.
